Sherry Simpson has undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor & Approved Clinical Supervisor with almost two decades of experience in helping people with diverse matters.  Her professional career began by working with trauma survivors and individuals with mental health disorders.  Over the years, she expanded her clinical practice to include working with people who have trouble with stress, depression, substance abuse problems and more (i.e., relationship problems; physical problems that are due to a mental condition and more.). 

Physicians have appreciated Sherry Simpson's clinical knowledge and ability to connect well with people.  She has provided services at their requests in more than 16 metro Atlanta hospitals and also at her office.  In addition, she has enjoyed providing education at both the undergraduate and graduate levels at a prominent university.  Clinical supervision & professional consultation to many dozens of clinicians within the fields of medicine, psychology, counseling, and social work are of keen interest to her as she works with them to develop their skills and compentency to practice.  Her international as an Approved Clinical Supervisor attests to her knowledge & training beyond the basics for state licensure.

Sherry Simpson has lived in Lake Claire/Atlanta since 2001.  

In addition to clinical work, Sherry Simpson has over 15 years of experience developing and managing complex, interdisciplinary projects in healthcare.  Having served in Director and Consultant capacities, she uses her clinical background, business management and quality improvement experience to assist clients with systems integration and project management.  She has been honored to serve on a variety of boards to recruit for clinical and technology positions as well as to maintain necessary, organizational credentialing.  Also, she is experienced in managing the design and development and delivery of educational content & clinical training for delivery in the Virtual World.  Her most recent achievements involve executive coaching and strategic planning at the international level.
